Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don't offer expedited shipping option on our website but please get in touch with us before you put in an order and we can definitely work out a way to help you receive your item on-time.

What happens if a product I received is damaged/defective?

Many of the items we offer for sale on this website are hand-made so some imperfections are to be expected. We also meticulously check each and every item before shipping. However, we definitely know and understand that sometimes items do get damaged in transit. If you do receive an item that is damaged, we ask that you immediately get in touch with us and we can get the return/refund process started. 

How many days will it take to receive the item once I put in an order?

All of the items on our websites are shipped from a USA warehouse and the orders are shipped using USPS. Shipping time varies based on the item and the day it was ordered but typically you should receive your item within 10-12 days or your order.

Do you ship the items internationally (countries other than the USA)?

We apologize but currently, we do not ship to any other countries than the USA.
